KWASI NUAMAH KUTIN

Kwasi Nuamah Kutin is a founding Partner of the firm. He has over thirty (30) years of practical experience five (5) of which was in the United Kingdom. His strong points include, Local Authority Liaison and securing of planning/development Permits, Coordination of Pre contract services and Construction supervision.

Projects he has worked on are in the areas of Health, Education, Residential and Commercial/Industrial.

Some of the projects he has been involved with include, Movenpick Ambassador Hotel as Local Consultant, Academic City Campus as Architect, Hospitals for Sanford World Clinics Ghana and a factory for Green Extracts Ghana Limited.

He is a member of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) and the Ghana Institute of Architects (GIA) He is a former Council member of the Ghana Institute of Architects.

NIIFIO JOSEPH KOTEI

PARTNER

Niifio Kotei has practiced as an architect for over 30 years, mostly in private practice during which he co-founded Knak Design Partnership. He has been engaged on a wide variety of projects in various sectors such as residential, education, office, retail, sport, hospitality and transport.

Projects he has worked on include range camps and ancillary facilities for Ghana’s largest wildlife refuge, Mole National Park, offices, auditoria, academic and residential facilities for the Ghana Armed Forces Command and Staff College and schools for the Catholic Church.

As a member of the Ghana Institute of Architects (GIA) he has served on various GIA work streams aimed at improving architectural practice and professional education in the country. He is currently chair of the work streams on Continuing Professional Development and Architectural Competitions.

NANA KOFI ABRAFI-ANNANG

PARTNER

Nana Kofi Abrafi-Annang is a creative and result oriented young architect with over Eight (8) years practical experience in the profession. He demonstrates a determination to contribute his knowledge and skill towards positively impacting the built environment in a number of projects he has worked on.

Since joining the firm in 2012, he has been involved in various projects for diverse use such as offices, Hospitality, Recreation, Health, Education, industry, Residential etc. He is a graduate of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and an Associate Member of the Ghana Institute of Architects.
